Really quite a remarkable cream but wish I had had someinstructions with it and how to use how to polish, tools needed etc. Works well but hard to get residue removed from intricately detailed objects especially jewelry.

Manuel was very helpful expediting the process and the delivery.
It took over a week for the delivery.
Manuel sent me a couple of small gifts due to the inconvenience and I truly appreciate it and will order again.
However, the container was half empty.
Not sure if it was because of the movement during transport or maybe leaked.

I followed the directions to the letter, all the product did was leave a film on my Rolex ! I had to wash it off with lens cleaner for glasses which works 100% better !

It works very well, however, I used to use it on my eyeglasses and dry with a paper towel because the advertising then said you could. I have written 3 e-mails to the company asking if this is still the case, and I haven't heard back.
